Whilst we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stays, we would be very obliged if you help us with the following chores before you check out. It helps us get through our cleaning process quicker and keeps cleaning costs modest for our guests.

  • Hang any DAMP towels on the towel hooks in the bathrooms to dry.

  • Clean any dishes or kitchenware that you’ve used. Clean up any major food messes or spills from the floor or the kitchen counter.

  • Deposit the trash and recycling into the bins outside the apartment building. See house rules for instructions.

  • Ensure that all faucets, showers, flush tanks, cooktop burners, toasters, ovens, kettles, and irons are turned off, and fridge/cooler doors are firmly shut.

  • Turn off air-conditioners if running.

  • Switch off all lights and lock the main door behind you.

If you accidentally break anything or find any appliance or device malfunctioning, please let us know so that we can schedule a repair/replacement before our next guests arrive.
